Sale At Tharp's Sale Grounds
Tharp's Machinery Sale is located at Jct.
Hwy. 61 & 23, P.O. Box 157, Grant, NE ( Get
directions). Our phone number is: 1-308-352-4359. Prior to January 19th
or after 5 P.M. please call Todd at 1-308-352-6045. For the 2009 machinery auction
we will start accepting consignment items on January 12, 2009 and continue until
February 16, 2009. Bring your machinery in early and avoid last-minute unloading
rush. We would appreciate consignments being brought in before dark. If you
are going to be late delivering on the 16th, CALL and we will wait!!! Good loading
facilities are available. The auction will take place on Tuesday, February 17,
2009 at 10:00 am M.S.T. Plan on arriving early to get your bidders number and
to browse the items on the lot. If you would like to purchase an item but are
unable to make it to the sale contact us at 1-308-352-4359 or Fanning Auction
at 1-308-882-4437 for information. In case of postponement of the sale an announcement
will be posted here and also aired on the following radio stations: KOGA-FM,
KOGA-AM, X106-FM, KATR-FM and KRDZ-AM.
Item Locations
Please inquire in the office on the day of the
sale as to the location of the particular item # you are interested
in, as consignors sometimes prefer to list their items in miscellaneous
rather than its perspective category.
Terms and Conditions
Items will be accepted for consignment from
January 12, 2009 to February 16, 2009. All titled items must have titles the
day you check in. Titles with two names should be signed and notarized prior
to sale. Everything sold AS IS - buyer is responsible from time of sale. All
guarantees are between the seller and the buyer. Everyone who bids must have
a buyer's number. Nebraska Sales Tax is in Effect. Tharp's Sale is not responsible
for accidents on sale grounds. Tharp's Sale will not be responsible for items/machinery
left on the grounds for more than 10 days after the sale.

Rest Rooms Available! Several
lunch stands! Airport located in Grant, NE with shuttle service available
(call us for details). There are several motels within 50 miles of Grant,
if you are going to be coming from a distance away and would like information
about motels call us and we can give you phone numbers for reservations.
